Most of our products have an ‘athletic fit’, and may run somewhat smaller than a traditional garment. We attempt to describe each item’s fit as accurately as possible on the product page, but if you’d like more insight, feel free to give us a call! We all also have a 30-day guarantee on all items, so if you decide something doesn’t fit the way you’d like, we will gladly replace it or give you a refund!
What is the Veloce Criteria?
The Veloce Criteria is the ‘standard’ against which we judge every product or service we offer. The internet is not in short supply of cheap, low-quality products and knock-offs, so we’ve decided to only carry products which meet our standard for quality and excellence. Every item we sell comes with our Veloce Criteria Guarantee–if a product you bought from us doesn’t stand up against our criteria for Quality, Functionality, or Aesthetic, we’ll take it back.
What is your warranty program?

What events will Veloce be covering this season?
As our Veloce Racing event coverage program continues to grow, it has become difficult to forecast which races we will be attending! If you are organizing a race in the Mid-Atlantic region and would like for us to cover your event, please send us an email with your event’s information!

How do I place an order?
Our eCommerce platform is super easy to get the hang of–just add an item the Shopping Cart, go to the Checkout, and follow the on-screen instructions! If you have any questions, give us a call. We can walk you through the process or take your order over the phone.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Account Registration is not necessary to place an order. Creating an account on VeloceLogic.com, however, will allow you to view past purchases, review shipping information, and more easily track the status of your order.
Is your payment processing secure?
Yes, our payment processor is very secure. We utilize Stripe payment processing, force a secure SSL connection on every transaction, and protect all credit card information with AES-256 encryption.
How do I use my coupon?
Found a coupon? What luck! While checking out, you will be prompted to “Click Here to Enter Your Code”. Type or paste your code into the box, hit the enter button, and the coupon will be applied to your cart! Give us a call with any questions.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?
Our ultimate goal is to outfit you with the best products! Our no-questions-asked return program is 30 days from the date of purchase–just let us know what you’d like to return and we’ll take it from there! We also accept return claims against our Veloce Criteria guarantee. If you believe a product your purchased fails to meet the Veloce Criteria, we’ll be happy, nay–relieved!–to give you a full refund for the product. We want you to be happy with your purchase! What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We are currently shipping all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. International ordering is currently not available through our website.
