Borrowing a bike is easy! BikeLackawanna is a free bike share program managed by the Lackawanna Heritage Valley. The program is open to anyone age 16 or older with a valid Driver’s License or state photo ID. Cyclists under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult. It’s easy to participate. Simply present your photo ID to a program administrator at any BikeLackawanna location, and enjoy your ride!
